Thaw the pot roast in the original packaging for at least 48 hours under refrigeration. Once thawed, remove the product from the bag into a half pan. Heat the product at 350 degrees F for approximately 30 to 45 minutes or until the desired serving temperature is reached. Add the demi glaze as needed. The Nutritional Panel reflects the usage of the included Demi Glaze Packet. If the Demi Glaze Packet is not used with your final preparation of this product the Sodium will be 350mg and the Protein will be 10g per serving.
